If you plan to build on your property you are requested to contact the Eagle Tree Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors to discuss your plans. It will make life easier for all of us if can review your plans before dirt work for construction begins.

The annual membership dues for the Eagle Tree Homeowner’s Association are only $40 per year. Your dues are used for community improvement and maintenance projects, property taxes on our common areas, lighting at the mailboxes and entrance sign, our annual membership meeting and picnic, Dowell Road cleanup, etc.
