These Common Areas are owned by the Eagle Tree Homeowner’s Association, and are intended for use solely by its members. Please enjoy these areas, but also be respectful of our neighbors by observing the following rules:
The Common Areas are available for use during daylight hours only.
Do not litter. If you bring it in, take it out with you when you leave.
Hunting or firearms are not allowed in the Common Areas.
Please, no ATVs or motorcycles.
Parents are responsible for their children.
Pets must be under control of their owners at all times.
No fireworks.
Please do not create a disturbance by causing excessive noise by any means.
Eagle Tree Home Owners Association does not assume any liability; use at your own risk.
Remember, these Common Areas are for your enjoyment. Please help us keep them pleasant for everyone. To reserve a Commons Area for your event, please contact ETHOA at www.eagletreeama.org.
